WOULD YOU EAT Mojito Melon Salad

WOULD YOU EAT Mojito Melon Salad !?  

INGREDIENTS:

1 mini seedless watermelon

1 cantaloupe

1 honeydew

1 pineapple, cubed into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup honey

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

PREPARATION:

Using a melon scooper, scoop out rounds of all melons and place in a large bowl along with cubed pineapple.

In a jar or small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and mint. Pour over melon and toss evenly to coat.

Serve and enjoy!
