Butter: to taste (lotus butter / melted)
Biscuits: as desired (lotus biscuits / crushed)
Eggs: 3 grains
Sugar: half a cup
Baking soda: a quarter of a spoon
Vegetable oil: half a cup
Yogurt: a cup
Butter: 2 tablespoons (lotus butter)
Caramel cream: coated (powder)
Flour: 2 cups
Baking powder: a tablespoon

How to prepare
1. Beat eggs, sugar and baking soda with an electric whisk.
2. Add vegetable oil, yoghurt and mix.
3. Add the lotus butter, cream caramel and whisk again.
4. Add flour and baking powder and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased oven tray.
6. Put the mold in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
7. Garnish with melted lotus butter and lotus biscuits, as desired.
