Job Description
Your roles & responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day business operations of the grooming sector
- Ability to handle dogs' grooming services of various sizes.
- Grooming for dogs (Cats and small animals is a plus)
- Ensure all grooming appointments are properly scheduled;
- Ensure pet grooming equipment are well maintained;
- Perform pet grooming based on the best practices and customers’ needs;
- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene level, and cleanliness of the grooming area
- Ensure the safety of pets throughout the grooming process;
- Ensure that all pets are well taken care of and in compliance with AVA guidelines;
- Highlight abnormalities of pets to the customers to avoid unnecessary conflicts or misunderstandings;
Job Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the grooming industry being hands-on with cutting & shaving furs
- Able to supervise and oversee the role of Assistant Groomers.
- 5 days work week, including weekends and public holidays if it falls on a work day.
